It was good to welcome Chris Chamberlain (1960) to the College recently. 

Chris attended Parade from 1950 to his matriculation year of 1960 (ten years at East Melbourne and one year at Alphington). Chris spoke so fondly of his time at the College and the many Paradians who became lifelong friends. He was certainly a Parade student who got much from what the College offered. A keen sportsman in Football, cricket, and athletics and was a Cadet Under Officer in his later years.

Chris attended our recent Hall of Fame Dinner. He remembered well our Hall of Fame Inductee, David Jones, as a wonderful sportsman at school.

Chris enquired about completing his 10-year set of Paradian Annuals (yearbooks) and we were able to assist with providing a couple that were missing. Chris enjoyed our Honour Boards in the Hickey Foyer and a visit to our Heritage Centre.

Chris will participate with school friends in a team at the Old Paradians Golf Day in November.
