On 22 February, the Emerald Hotel in South Melbourne hosted a wonderful get together for Parade's Class of 1956. These Old Collegians shared a meal, conversation and reminisces from their old school and life’s journey.
Patrick McNamara was actively involved in the organisation of the event that saw guests coming from many locations. Patrick visited the College earlier and visited the Heritage Centre and met College archivist, Matthew Roberts.
Tony Curtis came across from Adelaide and enjoyed the opportunity to catch up with old friends. Other guests included Father Brian Glasheen and Denis Green. Twenty-two Old Paradians gathered for what has become an annual gathering. Some of the guests have crossed paths many times at the monthly RACV Luncheon as well.
Congratulations. It speaks of the wonderful bonds created by men who attended the College such a long time ago.
