The Old Paradians’ Association is to launch its new-look business directory at next Friday’s final Business Breakfast for the year at Ikon Park.

The directory, which will serve as another platform to help build the Old Paradians network, has been remodelled in recent months by OPs and website developers Tim Jenkinson and Justin Kelly of Fitzroy IT.

It will serve as a platform for Old Paradians in the professional sector seeking to promote their services to fellow OPs and all connected with the Parade College community.

Justin will offer a broader outline of its functionality prior to John Kolenda’s Business Breakfast address on the morning of October 20.

A final year student of 1982, John is the co-founder and Managing Director of the Sydney-based Finsure Group, one of Australia’s largest mortgage broking and financial planning groups.

John has graciously accepted an invitation from the Old Paradians’ Association to address the Breakfast. Taglined “The Changing Financial Landscape”, John’s address will cover a wide range of topics, including recent regulatory changes and how it effects the home loan market; investor rate spread; rate movements and forecasts; how to ensure your loan remains competitive; and strategies to pay your home loan faster.
