The Old Paradians’ Amateur Football Club Inc., has made a decision to enter a Women’s Senior grade football side in the Victorian Amateur Football Association competition in the 2019 season.

Community football leagues and clubs provide an opportunity for Senior players to participate in football competitions from social to sub-elite level.

Football is an integral part of many local communities and community football competitions are thriving like never before.

To achieve the club's aim of entering a Women’s side in 2019, the Old Paradians are looking to establish a sub-committee to assist it is meeting this objective. This sub-committee will assist the Club in the following areas:

establish an implementation plan;

establish an advertising plan aimed at attracting players and support personnel; and

assist in the appointment of a coach.

The club is looking for people to join this sub-committee, which would likely meet once a month, to commence this process. Ideally it would like to see women involved in this this sub-committee.
