In the market for a new home? Seeking the best advice on a loan? Then you’re urged to book for the Old Paradians’ Association’s October 20 Business Breakfast when OP and Sydney-based mortgage broker John Kolenda shares his expertise.

John, a final year Parade student of 1982, is the co-founder and Managing Director of the Finsure Group, one of Australia’s largest mortgage broking and financial planning groups. Finsure was established in 2011 and was ranked second overall by BRW Magazine in its latest top 100 Fast Starters list.

John has graciously accepted an invitation from the Old Paradians’ Association to address the Breakfast. Taglined “The Changing Financial Landscape”, John will cover a wide range of topics, including recent regulatory changes and how it effects the home loan market; investor rate spread; rate movements and forecasts; how to ensure your loan remains competitive; and strategies to pay your home loan faster.

He will deliver his address at the George Harris Function Room, Ikon Park, Royal Parade, Carlton North, on FRIDAY, OCTOBER 20, 2017. The breakfast commences at 7.00am for a 7.30am sitdown and concludes at 9.00am, with free parking available on-site.
