On Monday March 20, the OPA conducted its Annual General Meeting (AGM) where the following office bearers and committee members were elected:

President | Angelo Mazzone (1982)

Vice President | Michael Donato (2017)

Secretary | John Nicholls

Treasurer | Ryan Jones (2010)

Committee Members | John Ramsdale (1966), Mark Aiello (1990), Jean Luc Dal Pra (1998), Patrick Collins (1998). We also welcomed new Committee Member, Peter Bonadio (2014).

The newly elected Committee was able to acknowledge and thank Paul Shannon (1985), and Steve Nailer (1987) for their contribution to the Old Paradians' Association as Committee Members over a long period of time. Paul made an outstanding contribution to our Committee initially in the reestablishment of the OPA Committee and his work as an office bearer in the role of both Vice President and President. Steve has also contributed significantly. He was our Vice President in 2022. Each have concluded their formal membership but will continue to support the Association into the future.

The Committee will continue the development of its Sub Committees, encouraging Old Paradians and men and women from the Parade College community with skills and experiences to assist the OPA with its strategic plans and aims. Some of these include Governance, Finance, Marketing, OPA Awards, Education & Careers.

These Sub Committees would  not be a large time commitment, meetings would be conducted largely via Zoom with perhaps 2-3 meetings annually.

The Committee is also looking to appoint new members. We have 4 meetings per annum and would welcome your contribution.
